Add soft-dependency for SuperVanish and PremiumVanish
Adds SV and PV(both plugins implement the SV API) as a soft-dependency
to the plugin.yml of the bukkit bridge to fix a NoClassDefFoundError in
the SuperVanish hook (#75)
