Revert "Added GSON for Bacteria Serialization"

This reverts commit 0a99724aa19304885accb06809979cde9ff799d7.

The gson library is already in minecraft. It should be already accessible.
If needed the json-simple library is also in minecraft.

To add libraries correctly, add the full maven descriptor of them to build.gradle
